Shipping & delivery

We deliver across Egypt, with cash on delivery available everywhere.

Orders are dispatched within one working day. Delivery takes 2–4 working days in Cairo and Giza, and 3–6 working days elsewhere in Egypt. Our courier calls before arriving, so please keep the number you gave us reachable.

Delivery costs EGP 70, and is free on orders over EGP 1,500. Paying cash on delivery adds a EGP 25 handling fee, which the courier collects with the order total.

If nobody is available when the courier arrives, they will try once more the next working day before the order returns to us.
