What we keep, why, and how to have it removed.

To deliver an order we keep your name, mobile number and address, along with what you bought and what you paid. That is the whole record — we never see or store card details, and we do not sell or share your information with anyone beyond the courier delivering to you.

This site sets two cookies of its own: one remembers whether you are reading in Arabic or English, and one holds your bag so it is still there when you come back. Both are necessary for the site to work and neither is used for advertising.

We also use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages and fragrances people look at. It sets cookies of its own and sends Google a pseudonymous id, the pages you view and a rough location — never your name, number or address. Blocking cookies in your browser turns it off, and the store works exactly the same.

We keep order records for as long as Egyptian bookkeeping requires, then delete them.

Write to us on WhatsApp or Instagram to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted.
