Returns & refunds

Unopened bottles can be returned within 14 days.

You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it. The bottle must be unopened and in its original box, with the seal intact — fragrance is a personal product and we cannot resell an opened bottle.

Message us on WhatsApp with your order number to start a return. We arrange collection with our courier; the return shipping cost is ours if the bottle arrived damaged or wasn't what you ordered, and yours otherwise.

Once the bottle reaches us and passes inspection, we refund within 14 days by the method you paid with. Cash on delivery orders are refunded by bank or wallet transfer.
