What we keep, why, and how to have it removed.

To deliver an order we keep your name, mobile number and address, along with what you bought and what you paid. That is the whole record — we never see or store card details, and we do not sell or share your information with anyone beyond the courier delivering to you.

This site sets two cookies of its own: one remembers whether you are reading in Arabic or English, and one holds your bag so it is still there when you come back. Both are necessary for the site to work and neither is used for advertising.

We keep order records for as long as Egyptian bookkeeping requires, then delete them.
